Viewing area

Post by Philwinward » Wed Aug 21, 2024 2:40 pm

What has happened to the viewing field that had the bus in it.?
I have used Johns field on the past, but as my old dog usually travels with me now it could be an alternative to let her stretch her legs. As I said earlier I have used Johns field when on my own, but John does not allow dogs on his site. He has explained his reasons to me and I respect them.
Any comments would be appreciated.

It either changed owner or the existing one decided to make it private and has fenced it off. Others may know more.

John does allow dogs on the site but they must be on a lead when you walk them, they can not roam freely.

Thanks for the update Bollo, it’s a few years since I spoke to John about the dog.At the time he had no problem with dogs as long as they stayed in the car. Apparently somebody was bitten some time ago and things got nasty for John as it was his property and they claimed he was responsible !.

Does anyone know what time John's field will be open tomorrow? Hoping to get the RC-135W in the morning.

If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!
