Post by mikemike » Mon Jan 15, 2024 12:03 pm

Can someone please tell me is Jon's field still open. I have to ask because I haven't been able to get there to get there for several years because of personal reasons.
1- is the field still open
2-are the toilets still there.
3-how much does it cost now,
hope you can give me some information ,
thanks

Look down the thread titles for the section you have posted in. There are posts as recent as September under 'John's field.'

There was a post out a week or so ago that the field is closed for a while because it was pretty much flooded.

It was open and dry enough to drive across and park next to the trailer when I was there 23/2.
£2 to get in.
Didn't see toilets.
You need a ladder for the top of the trailer as the base has added coils of razor wire to the normal fence height to obscure the view.

Hope that helps!

Toilets are to the right as you pull in to the entrance. A lot of rain around here recently, so may be touch and go but worth a go - plenty of other places around Mildenhall if needs be!

The Nook was open to cars on Monday 4.3.24 with quite a few parked down by the trailer.
All the best
