The White House normally release a more detailed schedule on the day with timings and locations so you can see where Airforce one is going to land for sure

not always the case i have pics of when Clinton landed at the Hall AF-1 was parked on the main runway nose on facing Rnwy 11 up near johns field and the E-4 was parked over the far side on the pan near what used to be the Navy hangar !!
When Clinton was President, Mildenhall still had an airshow, and the twin towers were still the tallest buildings in Manhattan - times have changed quite considerably!

C-in-C who is about to give them redundancy papers a bit two faced I reckon.
better to get notification from the boss rather than by text or on social media that a lot of people seem to get these days ;-)

We're talking about USAF personnel who will be posted not made redundant. If Mildenhall does close...

i would guess at E-4 and AF-1 to the hall much the same as Clintons visit, time will tell.
Very rare for the E-4 to go to the same country as AF-1. Would think Ramstein is much more likely.
The E4 '40787' is coming to Mildenhall according to my info.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the timing for the visit tomorrow, based on previous experience or actual information. If an E4 does head to Mildenhall what are its timings relative to the VC25?

How easy would you expect be to view these aircraft? Will disruption extend outside of the base?

Having never seen an E4 and missed on my attempts to see the VC25's, I am very tempted to have a run across.

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Unless you are in need of a visit to Specsavers, a drive by at MHZ would reveal an E-4 and a VC-25 if they are present, so long as all the roads around the base are not closed. There is nowhere to hide them.

i never do Fives, when Clinton visited some of us regulars were down in the old viewing area down 29 end before they closed it and a people carrier pulled up and the men in Black with there shades on came for a chat saying if look up the lane in a few minutes the cavalcade will be passing by we had a nice chat with them , they had arrived in a C-20 Gulfstream after landing it taxied into a hangar and the doors were closed. remember that well :D

Guess that NOTAM will cover arrival, time on the ground and departure. Question where is departure going. Wait for the next NOTAM down the line for a landing slot sometime around 22.00L
Stansted (possible but means a late helicopter shuttle into London) or Newquay, with a leisurely meeting with Boris Johnson on Thursday.
Joe Biden seems the sort of chap who would like bag of fish and chip, walk on the beach with his wife and couple of pints Tribute with Boris. lol
