Short log 5th Dec 2013 1-2pm

Post by ginge » Sat Dec 07, 2013 3:23 pm

Hi everybody.
Just a short log after spending a couple of hours at a very windy Mildenhall..
Firstly the locals..
00-3002 F15E Arr
00-3000 F15E Arr
00-3003 F15E Arr
91-335 F15E Arr
86-172 F15C Dep
86-163 F15C Dep
86-182 F15D Dep

Now the others..
23551 KC135 Diverted in from Mildenhall
78613 C130J Dep

There was also a C17 and a second KC135 parked, not sure if these had also diverted in from Mildenhall.
Couldn't read the serials of these so would be grateful if anyone can help..

Many thanks
Martyn

RAF Mildenhall & RAF Lakenheath Movements Blog : http://banterops.blogspot.co.uk/

Can confirm what "Adam" states re the serial of the KC-135R - The C-17A was 03-3116

The C-17A that diverted into RAF Lakenheath on the 5th was MS ANG/172 AW 03-3116 as I believe 00-0176 TN ANG/164 AW arrived at RAF Mildenhall on the 6th December at around 0730L as RCH 536 credit to Billydog for the info on the later C-17A
