Interesting watching them return to L/heath this afternoon, Seemed at times total pandemonium, at one stage I counted 8 circling trying to land and in my opinion they had to abandon a few attempts and one very close call when an F15 on final turn did a extra thrust to avoid another whom was doing a fly through hopefully, if he wasn't he would have landed right on top of him. Those Gripens are beautiful though

Good Morning All, Have this on good authority that the rest of the Swedish Gripens are due out later this morning Fri 18/11/11 with a C130 collecting the equipment.
Gripens due to depart on 4 waves from 0800 / 0805 / 0810 / 0815
C130 Planned to arrive at 1300 Ptd 1400.
As always subject to the usual.
