Thanks for your reply, much appreciated. Hopefully that is true as I may get to see them strafing on the range again before they go back as I'm off work tomorrow. If anyone could confirm this, that would be very much appreciated too

There is another thread in this section that says all the AV are parked on one of the ramps rather than in the HAS so perhaps the exercise is over?

Thanks for the info, I'm off to holbeach range today (notam says range closed 10am to 11-30am) hopefully something will be on there later if the f-16s aren't using it.

heard at last once has gone tech, also heard a lot of jokes being told over the radio , the 1st time ive ever heard anything like that going on at lakenheath !
