Tankers now showing Sunday 0840 and Monday 1140.
That's if it does not change again and presuming they can find a tanker that's working for the 2nd wave.

But they will still be taking (or trying to take) photos as they taxi in... just wait for the extremely grainy (ISO 64000+, 3 sec exposure, +2 exposure compensation :P ) blurry all black photos with a few bright lights in them to be posted in the current mil photography section, along with comments such as "great shots mate"

I made a typing error with one of the codes VW-10 should be VW-00. I've corrected it in the original post.

Sounds like my shots when AF1 departed Fairford!

Well done all on the commentary on their arrival - just read through all this as spending time elsewhere

Cheers

if you ignore them they will go away and also i think they should be banned[/quote]

But would it be fair to ban these primary school kids if they want to make a comment ?

Firstly, sincere thanks to the likes of Oz and others for the information, without the likes of yourself we would all be more clueless than normal.

I can't remember a "deployment" that has been so chaotic. Having watched the postings tirelessly over the past few days, (and yes, I did have a fruitless four hour round trip this afternoon), what I do want to say is, can the Mods get rid of, (yet again), the sarcasm and idiocy of some of the postings that have been posted over the last few hours.

Yours sincerely,( heads down and waiting for the backlash)!!

Ken.

P.S. Hi IanH, how are you doing? Must meet up when we are next down in Reading.

Thanks to the guys who gave the information & time to put these posts on. The sarcasm & 'disinformation' people should keep there comments to themselves, its easy to do this, & they get no respect. Its difficult to give information that's 100% accurate as this isn't an exacting hobby. If info is given with the best intent to help people thank you, those who don't, go away.
