Just been told the F-15SA serials are (in landing order)

93-0899 F-15SA RETRO 66
12-1010 F-15SA RETRO 63
12-1006 F-15SA RETRO 64
93-0857 F-15SA RETRO 65

So are two of them converted F-15S' then, and the 12- ones are new-built F-15SAs.

Correct, apparently all the surviving F-15S's are to be converted to F-15SA standard.

Zero activity around them at 09:00z

Joe Baugher shows 84 on order as (presumably) new builds. Serials 12-1001/84.

Just for the curious both the 93 fiscal F-15s have been to Lakenheath before
93-0857 arrived on 11/3/96
93-0899 arrived on 11/12/98
