I'm planning a trip to see the eagles this Wednesday can anyone advise on best viewing places, times and local places to stay cheers

A good start would be to use the search facility on this forum looking particularly under Lakenheath. These questions have been answered in some detail since you joined and I reckon you'll find all you're looking for(and more) very quickly.
