LN monday 25th July

Hi all,

should be visiting on monday and will probably be at the entrance to the wood (24 end) so come and say hello if anyone else is there. :thumb:

Has it been active/busy lately? Should i arrive early (yawn) :'( is or mid morning ok?

Looks like a nice day Monday mate.

I've not been to Lakenheath since before they went to Mildenhall. Hopefully they will be burning up a bit now to make up for lost time but it will be one of those, if you turn up early they won't start until lunchtime, if you arrive late there will have been a massive morning launch!

Me and Gary are off tomorrow, I'll see what I can get past the missus about a base trip, what time will you be about until?

im guessing they are doing early morning launches, was up there for abit last week in the afternoons and it was pretty quiet. although the typical launches are anywhere between 7:30am - 9am and 12pm-2pm. :thumbs:

Should hopefully be there mid morning until mid afternoon (or maybe later, depends on my plans in the evening :S )

it was the 492nd that flew this morning (bolar) and can only give a list of the morning flyers i'm afraid -
