U4403/18 - AERODROME CLOSED. NO AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES AVAILABLE. 05 OCT 17:00 2018
UNTIL 09 OCT 05:00 2018. CREATED: 05 OCT 10:38 2018

Yes it is for Columbus Day - there is a similar one posted elsewhere for Mildenhall.
