'Circuits and Bumps?'
Being a Lady BJ I think she'd prefer 'rollers' to bumps

Thanks Ollie, here's hoping 🤞
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

Just wondering if Dragon02 departed Fairford, or was it just a local flight please? Thanks all!

From the data it looks like he was carrying out left hand circuits going south over Bridgwater towards Yeovil and back via Swindon to the field.

Looking at the data again , I suspect this was 085.
Could anyone confirm please ? Can't quite make out the tail number in PUNE'S cracking pic here....

It has "083" on nose undercarriage door. Not mission equipped - has circular section super pods for example.

In addition to afternoon flight, did a U-2 also fly during the morning?

Ah , now that will teach me to look at the rest of the images in FLICKR more closely . I assumed , wrongly ,that the others were from a different day.

However it also confirms that Mode 2 codes appear to be flexible according to the order of flight , and not per frame.

No, just 083 which did a short FCF before pattern work.
