does anyone have the serial number of
Today’s u2 as I know 80-1066 has left however today’s bird had the same equipment on as 66 as it had a copper strip through span pod

Hi

I would say it would have been 085.

I was down last Wednesday and 083 was outside with no Span Pod fitted and the other jet was in the first hangar with pod fitted and as there are only two on station it would suggest that it was 085.

Conformation from one of the local guys would be helpful... any takers guys :thumb:

After looking at photos today closely it’s 80-1085 with the same span that 66 had I do believe

066s span didn't have the copper strip when it departed last week.

Sounds like they've swapped out some of the mission equipment for its own servicing back in the states :thumb:
