Nope. That was an aeromedical flight. They switch their pilots other ways.

While EVAC callsign flights are never something we'd like to see, we can probably make a good guess at what the C-21's purpose was this week.
Also, all those travelling between USAF installations have to have 14 days of self-isolation at the moment. You may have noticed that change of command ceremonies in the US occurred on June 10th, but June 24th in the UK. The 99ERS change of command was delayed until yesterday for that reason.

Check out the Mildenhall FB page normally flies around or used to in an E-4B .He may drop in to FFD for a look over the next few days .

Looks like it was a low pass R09 - now departed North. Didn't appear to land based on ADSB.

It was a fast low pass at 1349/50.
