I was just thinking is it just open for maintenance diverts, if so it will be very quiet.

Correct any type of divert that could become apparent to an airframe that first flew 65 years ago.

Correct maintenance diverts only.
To be 'nit picky' I think 'diverts' would be more accurate .e.g. I wouldn't call an IFE or a fuel divert 'maintenance'. (sorry) :)
