Post by Blackcat1 » Sat Sep 07, 2019 5:12 pm

Hi all

How long are the B2s at Fairford for? Sorry if I've missed if it's already been posted , I'm not following but asking for a non member whose thinking of going up for a visit on 17th-18th September will they still be there?

Many thanks
Gareth

Try the dedicated section, there's plenty of info there and I think the answer may also be there
Cheers

I don't think many people know a definitive date but judging by the press interviews where " 3 ship missions over however many weeks" was mentioned I think you should be be ok for the dates you mentioned. Obviously only a hunch as I am not in the military!

They have already landed in Iceland and they inferred at the press conference that another destination would be included in the missions.

To whom was recording the press conference please hire/invest in a decent sound engineer!

Nope. Only ITV news suggested that! It was never confirmed by the Squadron, was only just 4 weeks. They said we go home when we're done.

Possibly idle speculation, rather than fact?
