Doubt you'll see any movements until this afternoon's C-17.

Same time every month? Not so regular IME but always uses RCH1815 or rarely RCH1818 (a different routing but similar mission) viewtopic.php?f=113&t=211532#p1346949

but then you may just be about to take a sip of tea and biting into that jam scone ... and then you hear the sound of 4 engines in reheat.
Ah now don't be cruel :) Good chippy there actually :thumb:

Same time every month - I wish! Although it may seem like it there never has been one every month. So far this year we've only had 4.

Just adding to this (non) movement thread......

Went to Fairford on Friday and nothing flew over 12 hours. On my previous trip the B-52s remained on the ground and on the previous trip to that the B-2s didn't fly or had already gone home. So I must have a fairly unique record of seeing no flying. However life would be boring if those aircraft on deployment flew at same time everyday !! :-) I might be going again this coming Friday, so I suggest everyone might like to give Friday a miss!!!

The flight is every month, whether it turns up at Fairford or not I suppose depends on whether it's needed there

At least the weather will be better on Friday albeit much colder. Bring plenty of hot drink!

I think if you check back, say for the last 2 years, you will see that there isn't a 1815 every month.

9 in 2020 (which includes 2 in June) - non in March, April, September and November and so far this year, none in March and August.

If you have any updates Chris I'd be interested to know what I've missed.

RCH1815 appears to be a monthly flight, but doesn't always visit Fairford.
