I can confirm that 86-0140 seems to have the APU running, with lots of activity around.

Also, it is probably worth noting that Spangdahlem is NOATM'd as closed until 0600 local time on Tuesday morning. We know the reasons why, but it doesn't state any exemptions for movements.

Both APUs started as of 0400 hrs. Looking a lot more hopeful now, plenty of ground activity.

Did both go up ? I certainly heard one from here ,iv only just got up and having my first cup of tea ☕️ of the day
