Re: Daily Movement 08/10/21
Could the NOTAM have been extended to cover the delayed arrival of today's last pair?

I would think they could well put out a new one if needed

Re: Daily Movement 08/10/21
Thought a third pair arriving had been discounted for today?
Re: Daily Movement 08/10/21
Surely if another pair are due they would get them in before the weekend if Mildenhall is closed to non essential traffic due to holiday?

Re: Daily Movement 08/10/21
Not sure what’s going on now,as would have thought they have got departure instructions by now but not a thing heard ?
I think four might be all we are getting but maybe a couple more at some point (don’t think today though ) no AR20 showing

Re: Daily Movement 08/10/21
Where has all the speculation about another 2 come from? The usaf has said its a deployment of 4, there is no air reservation and no tanker movement for them.
Re: Daily Movement 08/10/21
0140 running still, no other movements though.
Re: Daily Movement 08/10/21
Doubt if there was any intention to fly today. 136 taxied to 27, crossed South to North then after a while, presumably checking something out on the aerodrome, taxied down the runway and is now parked at the West end.

That seems all a bit odd but I did wonder if it was only just a test run of something (s)

Rumour was six but that was unconfirmed. Someone was saying about Buffs but can’t see it
They laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at them because they are all the same....

Someone mentioned (not here) chat of taxying to the hotpit (northside). Possibly a first exposure for a local hotpit crew to a living, breathing Bone, before things get underway?

Possibly checking wheels/brakes after locking up?See Saint1's video in the Aviation Videography section for smoke from the wheels once 140 stopped.Skywatcher wrote: ↑Fri Oct 08, 2021 11:43 amThat seems all a bit odd but I did wonder if it was only just a test run of something (s)

Is 'wonder' a local word that's used instead of 'wonder' as I've noticed a couple of members from the Brize/Fairford area use it over the years on here?Skywatcher wrote: ↑Fri Oct 08, 2021 11:43 amThat seems all a bit odd but I did wonder if it was only just a test run of something (s)

Are these 4 B1s visible and from where? And do we know how long they are staying?
