Fairford and Brize frequencies would be a start, 100 ARW Mildenhall a/a frequencies if you make your way back through the notam threads lots of frequencies have been mentioned that are worth adding.

I've no idea as I've no idea that the flight plan route is.

But a starting point is to work backwards from Fairford - so add Fairford freq, add Brize freqs and Swanwick ICF for West and East - if you live further North add those Swanwick freqs too. The more "ears" we have listening the more advance warning "spotters" get.

If post refueling they head towards N Wales or West then 280.350 & 282.125 would be a good starting place
