Ah fair point - well 3,4 and 7 were the same Friday to Monday, confirmed by airframe differences.

TB4 is easiest to identify: it has a prominent scab patch on the port/LH-side intake which means that the thin blue line there is interrupted.

Presume the multiple roars over Cheltenham about 3ish headed north east were them returning from Lakenheath-lot of people looking upwards but of course my window faced the wrong way!

3-ish they transitted just west of Fairford, did a detour to Stonehenge (no kidding) and then back to Fairford. I would like to see the photos of their neolithic sightseeing trip for sure.

Yes they do change them if one bird is tech they will go to the spare and ensure that before the pilot has climbed in the number and crew name has been changed.
