Agreed Rob... Pity they've been before, plenty people will have logged them already. None the less good to see them in the UK again though.

Its probably got new paint, maybe even some different engines and tyres.

Seriously though they certainly look in better fettle than last years visitors

I'm not convinced! One arrived with only one pylon on the wing, and the other one arrived missing a sensor under the nose!

61-0040 is a bit of a celeb - the last built out of 744, based at Fairford during OIF in 2003

Well if they have been here before, bit's missing or not, I'll be trying to make the trip down to see them next week sometime...they do make quite a sight.
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

Put it this way, there have been two flights in to FFD from Whiteman AFB with ground crew/ poss a few more sets of pilots.MOD PLOD were telling the boys they are on duty tomorrow like they were yesterday,I would guess yes mate.

I've got a patch which I got from a 'Beef' crew at an Alconbury Tatoo: planform of a 52 with "Someone over 30 you can trust". Is there an update doing the rounds; I'd like one with "...over 50 you can....."

The guy who did last years one hasn't done one for this year. If they asked someone else to do one I can't say.

NOTAM at Whiteman; presumably if they depart today it will have be in the next few hours? There is an ALTRV posted that could be for them overnight tonight.

So, the $64000 question, will B2's be arriving tomorrow, if so when?
The Whiteman info' looks interesting, what would that mean in terms of timings, flight times from there to FFD etc.
