We are heading down from Newcastle, set off 2am. We are doing Monday to Friday at Hunstanton but cannot pass up a Fairford visit first.Neil-PearlJam wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 2:11 pmGoing to drive down from north wales on Monday, never been to Fairford before so hopefully get to see these amazing aircraft flying
Did you know that registration to Fighter Control is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....

Re: B2 Deployment March/April (general information thread)
Hi All,
I'm thinking of a quick visit tonight to hopefully see them on the ground - does anyone know if they are visible on the deck this evening?
Any prompt help to save a wasted trip would be very much appreciated! :-)
Many Thanks,
Glen

Hi there should be at least one on the pan tonight as for the other two it's pot luck as to whether they are in the hangars or are left outside. They are parked on the apron in front of the Two bay B2 hangar on the 27 end of the airfield. Hope this helps.BlackPanther832 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 6:41 pmHi All,

Hi Vulcan,
Thanks for getting back to me, it is much appreciated! Do you know if all 3 were out on the pans this morning?
Many Thanks,
Glen

All three were outside this morning, yes.
Re: B2 Deployment March/April (general information thread)
Hi Glen all three were out on the pan this morning. Two facing towards the Kempsford road and the other was behind a jet blast wall to the left of them facing away from the road.BlackPanther832 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 17, 2020 6:58 pmHi Vulcan,

Spirit of Washington was on the right as you look at them from the road then Ohio to it's left and the one facing the wrong way was New York.

Well we have made it down here on the off chance and as far as I can tell there are two currently sat outside; one in front of the hangars facing the Kempsford Road and the other by the jet blast wall facing away from the road.
As it is so dark I can’t say for certain which are which though unfortunately, sorry Shuck!
Also MRTT thank you for your response, I didn’t see it earlier, but it is much appreciated!
Thanks Everyone!
Glen

Does anyone know of any support flights due to bring the personnel back home?

How were you able to speak with them? Presumably within the constraints of current legislation?
Re: B2 Deployment March/April (general information thread)
I have some of them on my private social media accounts.Nighthawke wrote: ↑Wed Mar 25, 2020 9:59 pmHow were you able to speak with them? Presumably within the constraints of current legislation?
