I imagine it'll be for the Ramstein C-130J's which are due.

The public affairs release stated four.
In addition, aircraft from the 37 Air Lift Squadron based at Ramstein in Germany, will be performing flying operations at RAF Fairford, which will involve an additional four C-130 aircraft and 150 personnel. This will take place from 23rd to 27th April.

The Notam for the para drop has been taken down, but the Notam for the base being open today is now up:
