Are there still parking restrictions in place, coned off areas etc, thanks in advance for any info'.

Yes, probably until reconstruction of the North East loop has been completed - which won't be any time soon.

Believe bomb dump is still cordoned off. No restictions (other than space) on the 09 i'm aware of.
