Don't seem to have been any a/c movements since Thursday 18th February. Recent NOTAMs may give a possible reason:-

B) FROM: 21/02/18 07:00C) TO: 21/02/26 17:30
E) FIRE CRASH CAPABILITY: 4 VEHICLES/7100 GALLONS OF AGENT REDUCING
LEVEL OF SERVICE. REDUCED CAPABILITY OF PROVIDING SUFFICIENT AGENT
TO PERFORM FIRE CONTROL, FIRE SUPPRESSION, INTERIOR/FIREFIGHTING
AND RESCUE FOR ALL NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (NFPA)

I think the permanent U-2 mission presence is more than adequate... you should cast your minds back 10 years and be thankful
