Hi, I was there around 1 o'clock.

I saw this plane at the spot Carterton road.Where the hangars are. It was the first Tristar.

I hope this helps you.

I am trying to tie up the third tristar I saw, at 0630. Noted ZD848 and ZD951, couldnt read the other

Harry
Harry, the 1st one's a Tornado - '948 maybe ?

This is one of those hobbies that has to be extremely precise, there ARE enthusiasts out there that have just underlined a Tornado in their nice new shiny copy of 2013 Military Aircraft Markings instead of a Tristar. Believe me, it's true - there are "spotters" out there that will believe absolutely anything without checking first !

Your missing Tristar from Saturday may have been ZD950 which arrived back at Brize on Friday afternoon as "Ascot 9301".

The Tristars on the main apron tonight are

ZD948
ZD950
ZD951
ZD952

Not sure if any are hangared.
