Any information on C17 departure from Brize Norton at approx 13.00 local, seen from Ffd.
Could be Qatari?

If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

According to the Brize Norton blog the Kuwaiti departed at 1158. I am afraid you saw the RAF machine if it was about 1300.
