Jail for life, idiots :grr:

Side note: I assume this will mean increased security at bases and possibly air shows, much like cobra was.

Security must have been asleep! That's shocking.

Hopefully they'll catch the idiots & throw the book at them.
In reality if they do catch them it'll be a Slapped Wrist or maybe a fine at best.

So that's 2 of our already stretched tanker fleet out of action for a while.

Maybe we need to invest in some of those Dalek type things they use on building sites and more dogs with big teeth to take down any intruders, we can't be too careful at present.

Shocking, I hope this does not make spotting at bases more difficult in the future...But more importantly its highlighted inadequate security on base, that could have so easily been someone planting some sort of IED , thankfully it was just a unwashed band wagon jumping lunatic.

Exactly these are not the times to assume any intruders are mostly harmless (damage aside which no doubt has impacted availability)

Too much of the woke attitude in the Forces and elsewhere these days. No excuses, this was a Terrorist attack however some like to dress it up. Imagine if these were an armed terrorist group of which I am sure there are a number already in this Country just waiting to strike. It is time for security at such establishments to be armed with live ammunition and any intruder found within the perimeter a legitimate target. Heads should roll for this severe lack of security.

Unbelievable that anyone could breach the fencing and just wander over to the parked jets.
And no doubt a slap on the wrist will be all they get, while the future consequences will affect the spotting fraternity forever….
