This is copied from the RAF Benson facebook page:
Tomorrow (Thursday 19 August), RAF Benson will be holding our Families’ Day. This is a private event held on our airfield to thank our personnel and their families for their outstanding work and support over the past year.
We understand that our local community may be interested in the unusual activity that may be seen on and around our airfield.
As part of the day, there will be increased aircraft activity on our airfield, which will include helicopters flying routinely throughout the morning. There will also be different aircraft arriving at, and departing from, our airfield during the day. Between approximately 1300hrs and 1700hrs there will be a number of aerial displays. These are all subject to weather and serviceability, but they are expected to include:
Puma and Chinook role demonstration
Schweizer 300
Chipmunk
Chinook Display Team
Wings Parachute Display Team
RAF Falcons
C130 flypast
Harvard
Pitts
Spitfire
While we are aware that some have shared information regarding a potential Typhoon display, we can confirm that this is unfortunately no longer expected to take place.
From 1800hrs, our local community may also hear live music from our domestic site. Please rest assured that this will cease at a reasonable hour.

Here's what I logged (all eye-balled or confirmed from photos - corrections and additions gratefully received!):
Taxiway Echo (southern end of field, near RW 01 threshold): 3 x Chinooks ZA680, ZA714 and ZH896.
Stands 2, 3 and 4 (southern end of apron): Pumas XW213/E, XW231/N and ZJ957/Z
Stands 5 to 14 (static): BAe146 ZE700, Chinook unknown, Puma XW224 (Union Jack tail), Yak 52 G-YAKH/33white, CV-22B Osprey 10-0053, Grob Tutor G-CGKH, EV97 G-HMCH, Auster 5 G-AXUJ, PA28 G-ATIS
Stands 15 to 27 (northern apron, flightlines): Wasp G-KAXT/XT787, AT-6C G-TSIX/111836/JZ-6, Pitts G-BKVP, Do228 C-FPSH, Schweizer 300 N7505B, Chipmunk G-BAPB/WB549 and 2 x Pumas inc XW204/B.
Displaying only were Chinook ZA681 (from/to Odiham as Vortex 469, usual spirited Chinook aerobatics!), C208B N208AD and Spitfire LF XVIe TE311 (which closed the display with some class).
In the morning Pumas XW213/E and ZJ957/Z, along with Chinooks ZA680, ZA714 and one other performed experience flights for families. The third Chinook didn't transmit any Mode-S at all, all morning.
Pumas XW231/N and ZJ957/Z, and Chinook ZH896 performed the role demo to open the flying display. The Falcons jumped from Puma XW204/B, which was immediately followed by another set of civilian jumpers from the Cessna 208. The Dornier appeared to only act as ferry for the Falcons from/to Brize.
As aircraft were leaving, Puma XW216/G was noted being towed northwards past the static area - not sure where this had been during the show.
The Thames Valley Air Ambulance EC135 G-TVAL departed just before the show started and returned just after. Not sure if it re-positioned to somewhere else to be on stand-by for active duty or was out on a "shout". There was no sign of the Thames Valley Police EC135. Note that the Texan II ZM323 which arrived late afternoon Wednesday did not stay for the show.
All in all, a nice little show, all-be-it with some gaps between items. Shame the RAF didn't send any other assets to participate, but big thumbs-up to the USAF for doing so! And as they say, and day spend at the fence-line is better than any day at work!
Edit 16:21L to include IMarsh confirmations below.

Thanks for confirmation on the role demo Chinook. Note that the Puma "B" is XW204, not XW202. XW202 wasn't converted to an HC2.

Totally agreed, although not sure what happened regarding the C-130 flypast, unless all transport assets are a tad busy out East!
As for the Typhoon display canx: I noticed on ADSB Anarchy 1 was up from Coningsby in the afternoon, apparently running through display sequences, so I think we can rule out aircraft availability as the reason.
I second your well done to the USAF, let's hope that means more Osprey movements in the future.

My poor typing as I had written down 204, now corrected

Chinook ZA680 isnt at Benson at the moment the third on the taxi way would have been, either ZH893 or ZA708. One was down on the taxi way with the other 2 and the other was the one on static on the main pan next to the 146. Puma XW216/G may have been the Puma that was in one of the hangars with another Chinook for prepping people for the family flying in the morning.

Did you read the Chinooks off, or are you assuming which ones are the ones currently with 28Sq?

ZA680 was giving rides in the AM and went to Odiham at lunchtime. As Roger said, ZA714 was also giving rides and I'm 99.9% certain from a poor photo that the other was ZH896....the alternative being 898
The three Chinooks parked on the grass by the South end of the runway in the afternoon were, from the North, ZA714, ? and ZH896.

I can confirm the 3 Chinooks were ZA680, ZA714 and ZH896 at about 12:00

Do you mean these were the three that were doing families experience flights that ended around 12, or the three parked on the southernmost fairway?

In the morning I believe there were 3 pumas on experience flights XW213/E and ZJ957/Z have been mentioned but I believe XW209 was also up as one of the Pumas I have photos of has no letter on the side and neither does 209
