Not strictly Military but rather Government; Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight B777 A6-PFK is currently inbound as AUH08. It is a new one to the fleet alongside A6-SIL, both of which are now just in the new Emirates Airline colours as opposed to the smart red stripe of old.

Hearing that tomorrow, Friday, should have a couple of interesting visitors. 10am'ish there should be a training EC135 (or should that be an HT1?) from Shawbury Defence flying school. I believe it may come and go a couple of times during the day. Plus, there is also a rumour of an RAF Hawk Red Arrow (or maybe Arrows) at 10:20am for a few hours, leaving mid-afternoon. Apparently the exact number of Hawks is not confirmed.

It could be just a wild rumour, so has anyone heard anything?

Good point ramp rat. I am wondering if STN is a diversionary for a Red or Reds as the forecast is pretty poor all Friday at Southend and only a little better at STN. I see your list above does now reference it, so lets see what happens.

Yep, that's very plausible.

Its suggested elsewhere on this website that the Reds will now be going into Mildenhall due to the weather.

Update, yep it looks like the first batch just landed there according to adsb. Its probably pretty quiet there as its 4th July holidays.
