Morning All,
I know that in the current climate it is harder to confirm sightings with the Mk1 eyeball but is anybody able to help out with the above?
On a couple of lunchtimes this week while doing some armchair spotting I've noticed 'ETPS88' operating out of Boscombe over the South West showing as ex-DHL 757 G-BIKX. Is this information correct or just a mis-coded aircraft on the box?
Sorry if this has already been posted.
Stuart

Hi Stuart,
G-BIKX was broken up at Madrid last year. This is a mis-coded ETPS BAe 146. Watch out for B757 G-BYAW in future though flying as part of the BAe fleet.

Thanks Freeman.
I thought this might be the case as I saw on G-INFO that the airframe had been scrapped.
Thanks for the help.
Stuart

It was definitely a BAE146. I watched it over Sherborne expecting a B757.

I too saw G-BIKX on ADSB Exchange and wondered what Kinetic was doing with a 757.
G-BIKX hex code is 400588 (= 20002611 in octal).
G-ETPK hex code is 4005A9 (= 20002651 in octal).
Finger trouble at Qinetic programming the box of tricks on the 146?

I too saw the G-BIKX 757 aka ETPK on Tuesday and Thursday as ETP88. On Wednesday it was showing correctly as ETPK - so whoever ETP88 is, is probably smiling having a bit of fun! On the upside a Calspan Learjet has been busy too over the last couple of weeks!
