If VL becomes the COD terminal expect a few C-130s, C-9s and C-40s bringing mail and supplies and such like.

Contemplating a road trip down south for a day or two to try and get in on some of this USN action. Any suggest the best place to head for. Given the distance I'll be travelling, don't want to head down and come back with nothing...

Hi radiouser,
I would personally wait to see if the USS George Bush turns up in Stokes Bay and then head for there, obviously not much flying but a nice haul of numbers to be had. Maybe a little run out on one of the boats to get a closer view.
There is also a lovely little museum called Solent Sky in Southampton.

Re: US Navy at Yeovilton
Is there a time for these inbounds and a reason for visit? Is it preparation for Saxon war rior?
Re: US Navy at Yeovilton
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday of next week should see USN movements into Yeovilton... 2x C-130Ts and the rumor of it becoming a temporary base for COD operations as far as I'm aware is accurate
