Security and activity

Hi all,
Looking to visit Yeovilton very soon. Can anyone tell me the situation here at present. Is it busy, ok or dead and how is it with security now after the post I saw for last October.

Reasonably busy with Wildcats and Merlins. Grobs are up once or twice a week. Occasional F-35 visits, most often on Thursdays. Don't seem to start till about 10am most days recently.
Wouldn't worry about security as long as you stay outside the fence and other places you shouldn't be anyway. Pyle lane, Speckington, Museum car park should all be fine.
However, summer leave will start soon - dunno if it's just the Navy or if the AAC get it as well.
