Thanks for posting the log, can I ask what the roads around the base. Was down there 3 weeks ago and lots of local flooding.

The roads through Yeovilton village to Pyle Lane were fine. You can’t access Speckington Lane from the B3151. I used the lay-by just up from the crossroads and walked on the embankment next to the fence. I think Speckington Lane might be accessible from the other direction.
