Believe '122 has been, was seen on the deck of the Queen Elizabeth at some point last week.

Last I heard - and it was quite some time ago, so it has probably changed and slipped - deliveries of HC4s would commence toward the end of September 2017. However it wasn't these two - they go to Boscombe for further testing and the first squadron delivery "should" be ZJ121.
