This was hovering around 2pm this afternoon before going for a flight with AEW Dome in the operating position.

Visited AW during the week and caught sight of the first AW159-210 for Korea at the back of the flight shed, still minus blades and numerous panels. What was visible was the Korean tail number, 15-0601.
No sign of its UK serial which has been allocated ZZ541 according to UK Serials.
Regards,
Bertie

Can't be a Merlin ASaC.3 as that would conflict with the HC.3/HC.3A, could be an ASaC.4 (unless the HC.3s are becoming HC.4s when they're upgraded?)

Not determined yet chaps as with the competitive tender over the choice of system which ultimately rests with Lockheed Martin who are running it ie side mounted or searchwater type like current skasac7. As for naval merlin upgrade, they will eventually become mk4/4A although there will be interim mk4s is iMk4. Regards Ian u
