Showing on RadarBox between 1300 and 1330 43C47E which decodes to ZR356 HH-101A. Is this the first flight of ZR358 using an old mode-s code???
I now believe ZR358 is using the mode-s code 43C910.

My previous guess that 43C910 was a Lynx is incorrect.

Thursday November 22th 2018 08:45L

Out on a Baltic but clear ramp this morning at 08:45 were...

ZZ549 Wildcat for The Philippines - painted overall dark grey.
ZH965 Lynx for Brazil

Still not got the Italian Merlin/Caesar. The wash rack was up, so I suspect there will be something going for a shower later today.

Cheers
Malcolm

I’m told that a Norwegian Merlin is now on the wash rack.

Norwegian Merlin on wash rack, no ID as yet. Philippines Wildcat just landed for fuel. Brazilian Lynx and Italian Caesar also on flight line but nose on so unable to confirm ID as yet.

ZZ549 up again, showing as 43C916 on ADS-B. Norwegian Merlin now being washed, Brazilian and Italian both getting ready to fly.

Would anyone be able to confirm what Brazilian Lynx are still at Yeovil please?

The CSAR is ZR358/15-07, was there when it was towed out, no idea as to the Norwegian, was being washed earlier, could be ZZ105 prior to delivery?
From my experience (admitted a few years ago) the rig is used for leak testing not for washing and this was usually done before the first flight. So either things have changed or this is possibly the next Norway (ZZ106), but then my recent guesses have not been too good!

Thursday 22nd November 2018 1302hrs local
0275 Merlin 612 towed from spray rig to flight shed.

Good guess this time Judwin!

As yet this has no rotors fitted ( otherwise it wouldn’t fit in the rig ;) ) and for id purposes the roof panel aft of the cockpit, forward of the rotor shaft is still in primer. I imagine ZZ106 won’t be applied until the Norwegian serial is covered.

Freeman

Well done for persevering - your patience is clearly greater than mine! Despite leaving early for Yeovilton, ZZ403 failed to put in an appearance there so that one will have to wait for another day.

Still, it's not often you see aircraft from Brazil, Italy, Norway and the Phillipines on the same flightline!!

Nice to catch up with you today Kevin. Yes, good selection of airframes. Pity the weather was so grey for photos.
