I saw these at about this time although it looked like they were leaving Yeovilton, unless they ran in from West to break to land?

Found this on Youtube, looked like a couple did a touch and go before coming in again which would explain why I thought they were taking off!

They did a run and break, one touch and go each, then landed!

Anyone know what route they took? Would they of come over stroud/Gloucester to get there? Some said they seen a 4-5 ship of fast jets go over?

Yes, they came down to Trowbridge then turned north &'went to Stroud before heading south again to Yeovilton.
