What VHF freq would Lyneham Inboud/Out bound Traffic speak after talking to Lyneham thanks.

London Mil 278.6 / 135.15 & 252.875 / 133.9

Bristol Sector 134.75

last weekend 278.6; 135.15; 128.7, 128.25 252.875 were all bandboxed.
