Patch Meet Details - 13th December - Please read

Hi All,

We are pleased to announce the Mildenhall Military Insignia Collectors Club (MMICC) will be hosting it's fourth and final Patch Meet of the 2025 season on Saturday, 13th December from 11:00 to 13:00 hours.

**** IMPORTANT - There is NO access to the Meet through the main Lodge reception area - instead please follow the Patch Meet signs, enter and exit the building via the back of the building and present your membership card on arrival or alternatively pay the £5.00 on the door entry fee. If people continue to access via the Lodge reception we run the risk of losing future use of this excellent building so your cooperation is greatly appreciated ****

Many of you will know this as the old Lakenheath Rod and Gun Club opposite Gate 1 at RAF Lakenheath.

As always we stress that there is no guarantee which, if any Fighter Squadrons, Fighter Generation Squadrons, Air Refuelling, Special Operation Squadrons etc will or will not be able to attend. Operational commitments etc will take precedence but we are hopeful some will be present at the Meet on Saturday, 27th.

Key points to note:

1. IMPORTANT **** Unless you have pre-booked a table for setting up please do not enter the hall before the allotted time (11:00), thank you in advance for you understanding and co-operation ****
2. All tables are now booked for the coming Meet,
3. Please show your membership card upon arrival.
4. Entry to non-members will be £5.00 at the door for each Meet.
5. Food and drinks will be available at the Lodge.
6. There are no cash points so please ensure you bring enough cash with you.
7. Fire Doors - Please do not wedge any Fire Doors open, they are there for the safety of the people attending the Meet and the staff at the Lodge - thank you in advance for your co-operation.
8. 2026 Membership Cards will be available for purchase at the Meet for £15 (covering the 4 Meets in 2026).

Huge thanks as ever to Ian Warner for organising another excellent Patch Meet today, also the staff at Eriswell Lodge, all the Squadrons who gave up their Saturday’s to attend with a huge variety of wonderful squadron memorabilia, all the sellers with their own collections for sale and of course everyone who came along to browse and hopefully go home with some gaps filled in their own collections!

Hope everyone has a great Christmas and New Year and look forward to seeing you at the first Meet of 2026 on Saturday, February 28th.
