Interesting. Have the RCAF fallen out with Cologne/Bonn??
This should (hopefully) be the Eastbound tanker for swap-over "down yonder".

At Cologne, the two shortest runways are out of service due to maintenance. That might be the reason for the Canadians to move elsewhere (see the CP-140 at Rotterdam today).
