Hey U74,

Are you coming to the Airshow? If so it would be good to meet up to explain to you from a military perspective the answers to a lot of your questions that have been posed over the last couple of years in relation to Leuchars losing Typhoon and airshow aircraft participation.

I for one, living in the Highlands, have never seen the Police helicopter and I would imagine they will put on a decent capability display.

The Police helicopter will only be static. It'll be replaced soon- so good if you want to have a look at the current one, but that's C**vy talk!

Noticed that the Belgian f16 Demo team are free that weekend, and at Jersey four days later.
That would be nice.

edit- They're displaying at Cadiz on the following day.

I see the Swedish Hunter is now the Tunnan and the 111Sqn hunter is an addition

I wondered why other shows were getting the Tunnan and Leuchars was getting the Hunter. Must have been tech. The 111 hunter pic is still the Swedish one! odd.

Swedish Hunter display is more dynamic than the Tunnan, with a fantastic sporty take off too!

Tunnan is still a superb addition.

Doubt it Dunk, they wouldn't even put a Tonka out for Lossie's Families day when the Tornados were here in 2007
Maybe Warton could help and send a Saudi marked Typhoon?
