This event has an airshow element, the airshow theme is the 75th anniversary of the Spitfire.

The Goodwood website advises upto 12 Spitfires will take to the air .

Internet searches so far have not produced much information, what I have found is:-

Flying Sat 17th
BBMF Spitfire display (Spitfire to land at Goodwood)
BBMF Lancaster

Flying Sun 18th
BBMF Team Display (Hurrricane, Spitfire, Lancaster)

I am going on Saturday and Sunday, and am greatly looking forward to it.

Amongst the Spitfires that have arrived this morning is the Duxford based Spitfire I making it's debut display away from base! BBMF if they are able to appear should also be bring two Spitfires and Hurricane to operate from Goodwood.
