Weston Air Festival 22nd - 23rd June

Looks as though the Red Arrows will only be there on the Sunday this year. According to their web site the Great War Display team will be there both days.

RAF Chinook & Gazelle Squadron (1x Flying, 3x Static) also self confirmed.

Always a good two days out and a chance to brush up my rusty photography skills before Yeovilton & Fairford. As well as the actual flying the static and displays and trade stands on the Beach Lawns are always worth a look. Because of the Helicopter museum and it's contacts you always get one or two different static helicopters not on display anywhere else.

Weston Air festival this coming weekend with some interesting bits and pieces the BBMF,RAF Chinook, The Great War Team on both days and the Reds on Sunday.

Real disappointment this year, only memorable part of the day was the arrival of the helicopters, unfortunately much less than last year! Gazelle squadron were great & very friendly, managed to catch them departing & returning at the helicopter museum!

No military participation this year which was a great shame!
