I thought the flying B-52 was coming out of Faiford on Saturday but now I am hearing rumours it is due into Leuchars tomorrow morning with the static B-52 coming after Jersey Show.

How strong are these rumours? Am beginning to think this might be true!
Re: RAF Leuchars Battle of Britain at Home Day 2012
Strong enough there been a few people now saying it is arriving tomorow morning and doing a few circuits before landing. My doubt is the size of it where would it be sat for live display. I know it is heading to europe either sat night or sunday morning so could take off on the saturday do display and head to europe.Only time will tell there should be a head up by early am though if it is coming straight into base.

Thanks Scott. I'm actually beginning to think this might actually be the static arrival as per normal and the saturday flying B-52 might be the Jersey thursday flypast one landing elsewhere. Of course its all ifs and buts!
Re: RAF Leuchars Battle of Britain at Home Day 2012
I have now heard rumours that the Vulcan is not landing at Leuchars and instead doing a fly through display on Saturday.Could this be to keep the space free for the flying B-52.
