A400M also, doesn't specify if its a flypast or the previously hinted at Falcons jump ship though.

Does anyone know what time will the arrivals and or practices start tomorrow?

It'll be my first time at Cosford air show this year and reading the above it sounds like not a lot will be in attendance. . . .

Thanks in advance.

The only things worth staying for validated today. I would not bother at all until the show on Sunday.
Cheers Jack, understood, problem is I'm down here already in a hotel, so I'll get myself over there after breakfast and see what occurs if anything, if it's dead I'll have to find something to amuse myself with. . . .

Ideas on a postcard lol

The cynic in me notes the singleton sorties from Fairford the last two days, what's the bet there's not one tomorrow...

Traffic reports sound horrendous. Glad I didn't make the effort after getting home last night
🚗Traffic Update from National Highways
M54 - The back of the traffic queue is 4 miles - approx 35 min wait from back of the queue
🚆Trains
Direction BHX-COS - 2 min delay, due at Cosford 0923
Direction SHW-COS - on time due at Cosford 0946

You can tell you're from Lincolnshire Gary, 4 miles in 35 minutes would be considered fast for people used to commuting at rush hour

The Reds did well to rescue some sort of display out of a 3500ft cloudbase (at the start of the display, a lot less by the end!). Pretty good I thought

was it just me that thought the long awaited role demo from the f35 was poor? it did a few passes then went into the hover, a few more passes and that was it.

it may as well just stick with its usual turn up, hover then go home routine because tbh, we didn't get much more than that.( IMO)

No, I thought exactly the same. That's not a role demo.

I think you’re being a little harsh it did no less than the typhoon with the added hover element included. Fast passes, slow high alpha pass, barrel roles etc. I’m sure there is plenty more they can get out of it in the years to come but for a starting display I think it did well.

Probably going 'off topic' but the USAF F35 display at ILA last week was similar.
In fact the GAF Typhoon gave a much more impressive display I thought.

I thought it was better than last year, and the year before that. The cloudy skyscape served as a hinderance at times but largely as an impressive dramatic back drop. Its a long time since I saw at least two fast jets at an air show disappear heavenward and keep going through a veil of overhead cumulus. I've become accustomed, in recent times, to seeing solo jet displays fighting shy of any overhead cloud.

Many thanks

My first visit to airshow which I enjoyed, I found enough for the enthusiasts in me .The family orientated show that is Cosford now, was enjoyable it was good to see young people there.
Crowd line was deep with people in camping chairs but this is the way nowadays. Good view of display line. Greatly enjoyed static line ups of Jaguar aircraft, this made the show for me. 1hr to leave show at end , arrived early 6 am to beat traffic but felt traffic management was good.I will return to show, a good effort from the RAF
