May the skies be clear and blue and the wind fair with a guiding star to steer by.

GAUNTLET is used by Boscombe so XX327 is likely the correct answer to the original question. Same aircraft using a GAUNTLET callsign on touch & go's at Yeovilton this morning.
Marham may indeed be closed but ZA585 was all over the south west in the low level at said time and was using callsign MARHAM 28..
The other tonka of the day, also low level, was ZG777 which is one of the 41Sq ac from CBY. It maybe have been a little early for buzzers post though.
There were also 4xF-15s which fuelled off a KC-135 over Devon & Cornwall then went low level, but that show was much later..

Aitchair, I understand the callsign to aircraft situation,Gauntlet is not ony used by XX327 but a range of aircraft from QinetiQ,did you hear on the radio that the pilot was calling Marham 28?If Marham is closed I cant see that particular tornado using MRH as a callsign and was more likely from Boscombe or Coningsby therefore would have been calling Gauntlet or Rebel/Apollo.
Perhaps on youre flight radar box it has said MRH 28 but im sure the pilot would not have been using this callsign.
May the skies be clear and blue and the wind fair with a guiding star to steer by.

Gauntlet 21 was definatly Hawk XX327 from boscombe.
It did 2 PAR approachs at Culdrose before departing of to the east to RTB boscombe.
It was seen climbing out of Culdrose by MALF and climbing high over Truro by myself.
There may well have been a Tornado about at similar time but this isn't what popped in to Culdrose  ;)
