Interesting Choice of Date, Anyone Heard Anything about a Theme for 2014, My Choice Would be Naval Strike Now Into the Future.

As you say, interesting date being later than normal. My suggested theme - "The Fleet Air Arm Expansion" - oh well, it's nice to dream about such things.......

Just to let you all know, Yeovilton 2014 will be the last air day until 2016 as the main runway, 27/09, is scheduled to be re-laid in 2015. So if the plans stay as they are, make the most of next year....

Couldn't 2015 Be a Helicopter Show Then With Fast Air Flying from External Bases, Would Mean a Smaller Static but Keeping Yeovilton on the Circuit.

Not quite true. Yes the runway is being worked on during 2015 but exactly when is yet to be confirmed. Hopefully, after Air Day 2015 has taken place!

Well as far as I was told the date is near enough sorted, but as the runway is due to be relayed, totally, air day 2015 is due to not happen.

However, as we all know, plans change all the time so this may change as well, hope so.....

I notice the Reds will not be attending this year from looking at their calendar. Seems they're at East Fortune instead.

Surprised the Reds aren't attending, might be a later addition, unless AHA have something else in mind

No RAF Typhoon This Year, Yeovilton seems to be Very Unlucky with the RAF This Year.

Reds, Tucano, Typhoon all no go!

Congradulations where its due, VLAD have been allocated the BBMF Dakota, Hurricane an Spitfire, so at least some RAF will be there.
