What is viewing like from the school, can you see much or is it a case of park there and walk to a better spot to watch?
Was going to take my little lad but I cant buy tickets to the show yet as im not 100% sure if i will be at work or not so a last minute trip to the school may be what ends up happening but only if its worth watching from there?

It’s very much a park and walk. It is down to the individual to choose over being on the airfield or not. Be aware that access to the road and fields south of the airfield will be denied.

Thought it may be a case of walking for a better spot. I used to park there when you could go in the "naughty field" and do one day in the show and one day outside so i know they have cracked down on viewing from outside there but as we never used to watch from the school i wasn't sure if we would get any sort of view from there or not.

As it is park and walk, do you walk far and when you get to a good spot, do you form a "secondary crowd" that will be moved on? Also, do you get involved with the airshow traffic on the way to the school? Thanks.

Duxford community group posted this. Looks like its at the Duxford Recreation Ground and not the schoool going by a post

Just seen a post on FB saying the school parking is also open and £10 and you get 2 free refreshments.
